Feature |
Stability: The dynamic feedback dual beam system and circuit ensure the baseline stability and ensure the long-term stability of the instrument.
Stray light: The excellent optical system ensures that the instrument has extremely low stray light, making the test data of high-concentration samples more accurate.
The default 8-speed automatic spectral bandwidth (0.1, 0.2, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, 5.0nm) allows stepless speed change and continuous adjustment, that is, the spectral bandwidth value can be customized to meet the needs of various sample tests.
Light source replacement is simple and convenient: imported socket-type flange-type deuterium lamp and tungsten lamp are used. When changing the lamp, no optical path debugging is required, and maintenance is easier.
Equipped with UV-Solution3.0 workstation software, it is easy to operate and has rich test functions.
Measurement of three-dimensional spectrum: Scan the spectrum of samples with "dynamic changes" to make and analyze three-dimensional spectrum.
Function
Photometric measurement: Under fixed wavelength conditions, the transmittance T and absorbance A of the sample are measured, and the data can be exported as Excel files for users to edit.
Spectral scanning (wavelength scanning): Within the effective wavelength range, set different scanning intervals, scan the absorbance A, transmittance or energy of the sample, and perform data processing on the spectrum, such as spectrum scaling, smoothing, four arithmetic operations, coordinate adjustment, peak/valley automatic detection, multi-order derivative spectrum, etc., which can be printed and recorded as standard reports, data can be exported as Excel files for users to edit, and the spectrum can be exported as bmp picture files.
Time scan (kinetic test): Perform time scan on the absorbance A or transmittance T of the sample at a specific wavelength and set different sampling time intervals. The records can be printed as standard reports, the data can be exported as Excel files for users to edit, and the spectrum can be exported as bmp picture files.
Quantitative measurement: Standard curves such as straight lines, quadratic curves, third-order curves, and broken lines can be tested, and curve parameters can be set. The measurement can be selected at single wavelength, dual wavelength, or triple wavelength, and the data can be exported as Excel files for users to edit.
DNA/protein analysis: Rapidly measure the absorbance of DNA samples at specific wavelengths and automatically calculate the concentration of DNA/protein and DNA Ratio. There are two built-in standard test methods, which can also be expanded. Other wavelengths and factors can be set arbitrarily for measurement and calculation. The records can be printed as standard reports, and the data can be exported as Excel files for users to edit.
Multi-wavelength measurement: The transmittance T and absorbance A of the sample can be tested under multiple wavelengths. The records can be printed as standard reports, and the data can be exported as Excel files for users to edit.
